In this 3-week group mentorship workshop, I will guide you through all the tools and actions specifically suited for your unique personality.

By the end of the workshop you will have a clear, custom-developed action & strategy plan for 2022.

Session 1: Where am I going?

a. How does my personality affect my strategy, and how can this help me plan where I'm going?
b. Which tools will help me find my primary main objectives for this year?
c. Why are my chosen objectives so valuable to me?

Session 2: Resistance and Conflict

d. Where am I getting stuck and why?
e. How can a guide myself effectively through resistance and inner conflict?
f. Which tools can I integrate into my daily life to have more flow?

Session 3: Getting to Action

g. What is the most effective strategy plan?
h. How do I break it down into monthly, weekly, & daily actions?
j. Why should I measure my performance, and how?

Structure

This a live, in-person, interactive course. Active engagement in the workshop is expected.
We are creating a constructive environment for everyone to share their goals, aspirations and challenges.
Everyone will be asked to agree to confidentiality of everything shared, and respectful communication with all participants.

An online Mastermind Group will for meet for followup during the whole year (with small additional investment).
