That belief has shaped every chapter of his career. Over the past 13 years, he has built and scaled multimillion-dollar companies, led U.S. market expansion efforts, and negotiated partnerships exceeding $125 million. Along the way, he discovered that whether you're building a business, a personal brand, or a community, the stories you choose to tell and the values behind them are often your greatest competitive advantage.

Today, Jose builds with purpose. Through ventures like **Broches for a Cause** and the **Orozco Siblings Nonprofit**, he combines entrepreneurship with social impact to create pathways for others to succeed. As an Adjunct Professor at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, he challenges students to think differently about personal branding, teaching that the strongest brands and the most meaningful connections are built through authenticity, purpose, and storytelling, not polished elevator pitches. He also serves as Co-Chair of the UNLV Lee Business School Corporate Advisory Board, Governing Board Director for The Center, and Board Director & Marketing Committee Chair for DFW Hispanic Communicators.
