We buy cash flowing apartment communities in Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Georgia, Florida, Indiana, South Carolina, South Dakota and more. Rather than attempting to predict the market cycles, we strive to acquire cash flowing apartment communities within large, well-located U.S. metros.
