• What we'll do
“Elevate” is a personal and spiritual development group created with the intention to uplift, empower, and inspire gay men to lead extraordinary lives.

Monthly events will explore various topics and will feature a group meditation, inspirational talks and discussion.

The first event was a huge success: awesome guys, inspiring meditations, brave vulnerability and light-hearted laughter. It's very exciting to be creating a new community of like minded souls who want to live their best lives full of joy, meaning and purpose.

We lift, we spin, we yoga and strive to eat healthy. But our spiritual fitness is just as important when it comes to living the life we’ve always wanted. There’s no need to settle for mediocrity when you can be in a place of joy.

• What to bring

We will be sitting in chairs for the event so "yoga" clothes are not necessary. Dress is casual.
