お酒無しで楽しむ、ヘルシーな2時間のソーシャル・ウェルネス・パーティー。
呼吸の力で、サウナ後のような心地よい整い体験ができます🌏🌿🧘‍♂️🎧

①前半：ペアストレッチ、整う呼吸、瞑想
DJが厳選したリラックスを深める曲に導かれながら、内なる心の旅を楽しみます。セッションの後は心身ともに”ととのう”感覚を味わう時間を用意してます。
②後半：フリータイム
DJが流す音楽を楽しみながら、リラックスしたり、踊ったり、交流したり、つながりを作ったり、自分が好きなように過ごす時間です。ヘルシーな軽食とお茶用意しています！

このクラスはヨガや瞑想、呼吸法の経験は必要ありません！オープンマインドでお越しください。動きやすいゆったりとした服装でお越しください。
言語は英語と日本語OKです！

■Details■
This is a two hour alcohol-free social wellness party. Get high with the power of your breath. 🌏🌿🧘‍♂️🎧

There will be one hour of yoga, meditation and breathwork. This will take you on an inner journey through the mind, guided by hand-picked tunes by our in house DJ.

This will be followed by a free-flow hour long DJ set with snacks/tea. This is a chance to relax, dance, mingle, form connections, or spend it however feels right to you!

This class requires no experience in yoga, meditation or breathwork! Just come with an open mind. Make sure to wear loose fitting clothes that allow you to take deep breaths. Both English and Japanese speakers welcome!

This class gives you the opportunity to:

• Meet new Japanese friends and improve your Japanese skills.
• Meet foreign friends and improve your English skills.
• Make meaningful connections in English and Japanese.
• Enjoy traditional Japanese atmosphere with tatami mats, incense, and hot tea.
• Engage in healthy activities with likeminded people.
• Learn about breathwork, and how it can help you in your daily life.
