“Social Wellness Club”　男女が水着でサウナ、アイスバス、ヨガ、そして専属DJによる選りすぐりの音楽を聴きながら、ととのう体験🌏🌿🧘‍♂️🎧

■タイムライン■
① 受付、着替え (16:30〜17:00)
16:30から受付が始まりまり、17:00までが着替えの時間です。
着替え終わったら、オープニングセレモニーが始まるまで部屋で他の参加者と交流できます。

② オープニングセレモニー (17:00〜17:15)
イントロの後、短いヨガのブレスワークを行います。セッションに適した状態になるようにマインドを準備する時間です。

③ サウナ×呼吸法、アイスバス、外気浴 (17:15〜18:00)
サウナに案内されます。音楽のBPMに合わせた呼吸法、タオルウェイビング、アロマロウリュウを行います。その後、ガイドによる2分間のアイスバス体験が待っています。

④ 自由時間、DJタイム (18:00〜19:00)
この時間帯はフリータイムとなります。サウナやアイスバス、温水プール、DJの音楽などをご自由にELEVATE-mindを持つ人たちとつながる絶好の機会です

Social Wellness Club: A place for men and women to connect through sauna, ice bath, yoga, and a carefully selected choice of music by a resident DJ.🌏🌿🧘‍♂️🎧.

■Outline ■
① Registration and change (16:30-17:00)
Registration will begin at 16:30, and you will have time to change your clothes until 17:00. After changing, you can mingle with other participants in the room until the opening ceremony begins.

② Opening Ceremony (17:00-17:15)
After the introduction, we will do a short yoga breath work. This is a time to prepare the mind to be in a suitable state for the session.

③ Sauna and ice bath (17:15-18:00)
You will be guided to the sauna. Breathing exercises, towel waving, and aroma essential oils, and music will come together to create a beautiful social experience. After which, a 2-minute ice bath experience with a guide will be waiting for you. This will be the peak experience.

④ 18:00-19:00 Free time w/ DJ
This time period is free time. Feel free to enjoy sauna, ice bath, heated pool, and music from the DJ. This is a great opportunity to connect with people with an ELEVATE mindset.

No previous sauna, ice bath, yoga, meditation or breathing experience is necessary for this class! Please come with an open mind and wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.
