Take a mindful pause from the busyness of daily life and gift yourself 1h of presence, movement, and stillness. In this session, you’ll be guided through gentle yoga stretches you can do right at your desk, followed by a calming meditation to reset your mind and body.

These practices are especially powerful in today’s fast-paced world, helping you reconnect with yourself and find a sense of balance.

The session will be led by Tejal, a seasoned mental health coach and meditation expert from the Art of Living, with 15+ years of teaching experience across Europe and Asia. She has a warm, approachable style and a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, making each class both relaxing and enjoyable.

By the end, you’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more present.
