What we’re about
Elixir has been around for over a decade and is now regarded as one of the most reliable and scalable languages in the technology landscape. Created by a fellow Brazilian, Jose Valim, Elixir was built on top of the Erlang VM to develop robust distributed systems.
We have a lot of great companies in the city using it, and it felt we needed a space to discuss it more, gather the community around it, and increase awareness about how great it is.
