Welcome to Ella PT – Outdoor Fitness & 1:1 Coaching 😊

This group is all about building a supportive and motivating fitness community where women can come together to train, build confidence, and feel stronger both physically and mentally.

We’ll be running outdoor group sessions focused on strength, conditioning, and overall fitness in a relaxed and welcoming environment. These sessions are suitable for all levels, whether you’re just starting out or looking to push yourself further.

The aim isn’t just to work out, but to create a space where people can meet others, stay consistent, and enjoy training together.

Alongside group sessions, there will also be opportunities for 1:1 coaching and guidance around training and nutrition for those who want more personalised support.
