I’m running a female-only outdoor fitness session focused on building strength, confidence, and creating a positive routine around training and nutrition.

This session is perfect if you’re:
• New to fitness or getting back into it
• Looking to lose fat and build strength
• Wanting a supportive, non-intimidating environment
• Interested in improving your nutrition alongside training

You can expect:
• Beginner-friendly strength & conditioning
• Guidance and support throughout
• A relaxed, encouraging group atmosphere
• Tips around building sustainable habits

📍 Location: Hoxton (exact meeting point shared after booking)
⏰ Time: Monday 11th at 10:30am
⏱ Duration: 45–60 minutes
