Postures & Ergonomics for the Sedentary Life

Details
Do you experience numbness and/or tingling in the hands/fingers, have neck pain or headaches, wrist or elbow pain after/during working at a desk/computer?
Join Noelle, a certified occupational therapy assistant as she teaches you proper computer ergonomics to decrease the likelihood of developing a nerve compression injury or even to trial a conservative treatment for a current diagnosis like carpal tunnel or cubital tunnel. Stop accommodating your workspace and learn to make your workspace accommodate you!
After we design our workspace, we will learn some posture stretches and ways to work the stretches into your day to target the muscles most overused by working at a computer.
This is a donation based event.
Please try to arrive 10 min early to get situated; or you can also come at 11am for our singing bowl sound bath meditation
Please remember to drive slowly on our driveway. We are located at the very end of 1/2 mile drive.
