Wisdom of Water (Weekend Retreat)

Details

Join us for a soul nourishing weekend on the water in Virginia, allowing nature’s rhythm to sync up and guide your own. Drift in serenity with floating sound baths that carry your spirit with the natural cradling of the gentle waves. Then Awaken your senses through mindful kayaking, sailing, paddle boarding and lazy tube floats that invite presence with each ripple. Then walk barefoot along the shoreline of a private beach in meditative silence feeling the heartbeat of the earth. As sun sets, gather around the fire for heart opening sharing and soulful connection. Together, we enter ceremony to release what no longer serves us and offer blessings to the waters, sending prayers and intentions to help humanity awaken to a new reality.
Come as you are, leave renewed, carrying the wisdom and support of the waters with you.
