I'm determined to break into the IT field at 29 years old but it's going to take some hard work. I'm stating with self-study CCNA and I have a couple of friends who have been helping me along the way. But it would be awesome to get a community together to facilitate job market mobility and professional development. 9tut.com and Packet Tracer are affordable resources you can find online to start. But a team effort can certainly accelerate progress!
