The purpose of this group is to give mom's time and space to reflect and make progress towards personal health and wellness. We talk about balance, self-care, improving connection with self and children. Carving out time to nurture ourselves and each other.

Are you a busy mom with school age kids and you need help with your health and wellness? You want to make healthier choices, but it is hard. After caring and giving all day it is hard to figure-out one more thing - - - what YOU need. Maybe you tried diets and exercise programs and keep falling off. You are not alone. The modern "picture perfect" wellness media makes us feel worse and a one-size-fits-all approach is not sustainable. Your Wellness is personal, not perfect. You are dynamic, unique and ever-changing, and your wellness journey is too.

We host a bi-weekly wellness support group that connects, motivates, recharges and nudges you move towards your wellness. We prioritize personal growth and amplify self-compassion through the process.

The intention is an uplifting discussion on topics that range from self-care routines, nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress. You will receive new ideas, inspiration and practical resources.

I am an educator and board-certified health and wellness coach, I am not a doctor and cannot diagnose or treat personal health conditions. This group is for health education and motivation purposes only. You should always consult with a doctor about your health.

I am Laura, the founder of SHED Coaching LLC where your wellness is possible. I am a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Master Health Educator, ACE Fitness Instructor with over 15 years experience helping people improve their health and wellness through lifestyle.
