What to expect:
A group coaching session facilitated by Laura Coulton, NBC-HWC founder of Shed Coaching, LLC. Each person will have 1-2 minutes to speak on each question. There will be open discussion and time for personal reflection and journaling.

Together, we will:
1. Reflect on how past holiday seasons have felt, create a vision for how we want them to feel this year. Name what's important for you, this time.
2. Discuss how to move through the holidays feeling calm, connected, and centered. What works well for me? What get's me off track?
3. Create small but powerful action steps to care for ourselves in the midst of family, traditions, and to-dos.

You’ll receive guidance, wellness tools, and space to share and connect with other moms who are also ready to shed the stress and double down on wellness.

To prepare:
Find a calming quiet and private space where you can both talk and listen. Please bring a notebook and pen.
