About us
Welcome to the El Sobrante Yoga & Sound Healing Circle, a local wellness community hosted by Way Show Er Sanctuary, located in El Sobrante in Contra Costa County in the East Bay.
Our Meetup group brings together people interested in yoga, sound healing, spiritual exploration, somatic work, and community connection in a welcoming, beginner-friendly environment.
At Way Show Er Sanctuary, we offer:
• Yoga classes for all levels, including Vinyasa, Flow, Gentle, Yin, Restorative, Injury Recovery, and Trauma Release Yoga
• Heated yoga sessions throughout the week
• Pilates and mindful movement classes
• Crystal singing bowl sound baths and deep relaxation sessions
• Special events like Puppy Yoga and Felines & Frequencies
• Spiritual, somatic, and community workshops
• Family-friendly classes and gatherings
We’re also expanding with new events coming soon, including:
• Yoga in the park gatherings
• East Bay sacred site hikes
• Hands-on self-reliance workshops, including learning to make your own natural bath and body products.
Way Show Er Sanctuary is also El Sobrante’s only EMF-shielded yoga and wellness sanctuary, offering a calm space to reconnect through movement, breath, sound, and community.
Our community includes people from across El Sobrante, Richmond, Pinole, Hercules, San Pablo, Berkeley, and surrounding East Bay areas.

During Felines & Frequencies, friendly rescue cats from TIGER HEART RESCUE roam freely around the room while you rest comfortably and enjoy a gentle sound bath experience. Some may curl up nearby, wander between mats, or simply relax alongside the group.
This event is designed to be lighthearted, calming, and welcoming for everyone — whether you're new to meditation or simply love cats.
