Felines & Frequencies — Kitty Sound Bath Event

This experience is an invitation to slow down in a way that feels natural and easeful. You’ll be guided into a deeply restful state through gentle sound and vibration, allowing your body to soften, your breath to settle, and your nervous system to downshift.

As harmonic tones move through the space, they create a quieting effect on the mind and help release the layers of tension that often build up without us realizing it. Many people describe leaving with a sense of clarity, steadiness, and a feeling of being more grounded in their body.

Throughout the session, adoptable kittens will be present in the room, free to wander, rest, and interact organically. Their natural presence adds an additional layer of calm and regulation, often deepening the sense of safety and relaxation without requiring any effort or participation.

This is not about doing, performing, or trying to relax. There’s nothing to get right. You simply get comfortable, allow the sounds to carry you, and let your body respond in its own time.
