Join us for a deeply nourishing three-day Sacred Women’s Retreat in the energetic heart of Mount Shasta, intentionally timed with the Spring Equinox — a powerful threshold of balance, renewal, and rebirth.
We will be based near the headwaters of the Sacramento River, where pure spring water emerges from the land beneath Mount Shasta and begins its journey to the Pacific Ocean. This region is known for its potency, clarity, and deep feminine current, making it an ideal space for introspection, healing, and remembrance.
This retreat is intentionally spacious and slow-paced, balancing guided sacred experiences with generous time for journaling, integration, rest, and meaningful connection.

### A Unique Sound Healing Experience
One evening during the retreat, we will enter a pitch-dark underground cave space for a sound bath held in total darkness — an experience designed for deep stillness, sensory withdrawal, and inner vision. The cave environment amplifies vibration, creating a profoundly womb-like and transformative container.
