Online Hangout, first try!

The people have demanded an online Emacs hangout! We're going to give this a try via jitsi. Come and chat with your fellow Emacsers.

Possible discussion topics include 1) running Emacs on non-Linux (Windows/MacOS) platforms 2) Elisp native compilation on the above and 3) the Emacs 27 release.

Things rarely go perfectly on streams, particularly on the first try, so keep your expectations low :)
