17.10 - 17.40 Computer Vision and Geometry for Automotive Applications (David Tingdahl & Erik Stenborg)
Classical 3D computer vision algorithms are a core part the core of the complete Vision stack at Zenseact. Together with the Deep Learning based methods they solve a large portion of the sensing challenge faced in automated driving tasks.
In this talk a short overview of the Visual Odometry concept (tracking a camera's movement throughout the 3D environment) will be presented, as well as a number of applications and methods that utilize its output. Spanning from dynamic camera calibration to the possibility to localize a vehicle in a map, or even build a map.
17.40 - 17.50 Q&A Session with David & Erik
17.50 - 18.20 Computer Vision at Zenseact (Erik Rosén)
In this talk, Zenseact's computer vision stack will be presented, which is a combination of deep neural networks and more traditional vision algorithms. There will be also reflections on the challenges of computer vision as well as describtion of Zenseact's toolchain for deep learning. Engaging Tech discussion will follow.
