Automotive Grade Linux: an open-source OS for cars

Details
For our first Meetup of Embedded Linux, Ciprian Manea will give a gentle intro to AGL.
Automotive Grade Linux (AGL) is an open source project that is bringing together more than 100 members across the automotive and tech industries to develop a shared software platform for all in-vehicle applications from infotainment to autonomous driving. Sharing a single software platform across the industry decreases development times so OEMs and suppliers can focus on rapid innovation and bringing products to market faster.
In this talk we'll explore the internals of AGL, the build system and the SDK. Then we'll take an inexpensive development platform, build AGL for it and develop an application to showcase how easy it is to use the SDK.
