Ember Contributor Workshop

Chris Manson (https://twitter.com/real_ate) will be running a workshop to get you started contributing to one of the many Ember projects 🎉

The event will start with a small presentation from Chris on what it means to contribute to Ember and how easy it is regardless of your experience level. Chris will then go through a few ways to find issues that people in the Ember community want help with and then help you make a PR (maybe even your first!).

This event is open to Ember developers of any skill level, and also to any Javascript developer who wants to learn more about the Ember community maintained projects. No previous knowledge of Ember is required! Even if you are a beginner developer there are plenty of things to contribute to where your "beginner mindset" is a real asset 💪

Pre-requisites

• Your own laptop (and bring it to the workshop 🙏)
• If you want to contribute to a code project (instead of documentation) you will need Node.js installed on your laptop

Doors open at 6.30 and we're aiming to kick off at 7.
