### Embodied Workouts – Movement, Mindfulness & Community

Welcome to Embodied Workouts, a community space where movement meets mindfulness at North Shore.

My current offering is a unique beach workout experience at Takapuna that blends light movement, yoga, and cold water immersion to cultivate awareness, resilience, and well-being. These sessions are designed to deepen embodiment rather than push for intensity, helping you feel more connected, present, and energised.

What to Expect:
🧘 Gentle movement & yoga to awaken body awareness
🏖️ Strength & mobility exercises designed for all levels
🌊 Cold water immersion to build resilience and refresh the mind
💬 Community & connection through post-session social time

This group is open to all, and while the focus is currently on beach workouts, I may introduce additional embodiment-based events in the future. Whether you’re here to explore mindful movement, build confidence in cold exposure, or simply enjoy nature with a like-minded community.
