Hello and welcome! I've created this group to share Takapuna beach with the local community while also offering my own fitness and embodiment facilitation.

This group is for anyone looking to deepen their sense of embodiment while building meaningful connections with others. The exercises are designed to cultivate awareness and presence rather than provide an intense workout, though a basic level of fitness is recommended. Having personally experienced depression and nerve agitation, I’ve seen firsthand how daily habits, combined with a focus on embodiment, can lead to profound positive change.

Workout Structure:

🌅Sharing Circle & Introductions (5-10 mins)

✨ TRE-inspired stretches/exercises (20-30 mins)

🌊Sea Dip, Float & Chat – Get it while it's cold! (10mins)

*As the weather warms, we’re keeping the essence of our chill — in and out of the water. We’ll still dip in the sea, but now we’re bringing in TRE-inspired stretches to help the body unwind*
