Somatic Breathwork uses guided breathing techniques to assist you in accessing stored or undigested feelings while rebuilding a sense of safety and resiliency within yourself. This nurturing process allows you to experience a deeper healing, helping you feel more at home in your body and fostering lasting emotional equanimity.

Somatic Breathwork helps you process, release, and regulate trauma by focusing on your body’s physical sensations rather than revisiting painful experiences. The Somatic Breathwork approach allows your body to do what it needed to in the moment but couldn’t, without the need to relive past experiences or retell the story promoting deep emotional recovery in a safe and supportive way.
