Embodied Buffalo: A Mind, Body & Spirit Festival is a free community wellness event bringing together movement, mindfulness, mental health resources, local businesses, and community connection in one accessible and welcoming space.

Taking place on Saturday, June 6! 7:30 AM–2:30 PM, the festival will feature free yoga classes throughout the day. Starting at 8:30 AM we will be open for wellness and artisan vendors, holistic practitioners, mental health organizations, and opportunities for the Buffalo community to connect around shared values of healing, inclusivity, and self-care.

Created with the intention of supporting whole-person wellness, Embodied Buffalo highlights the connection between mind, body, and spirit through movement, education, creativity, and local collaboration. The event also serves as a kickoff to Pride weekend, celebrating community care, authenticity, and belonging for all.
The festival is free and open to the public, and welcomes individuals of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels.
