A small Berlin meetup for meditators practicing structured outdoor sits. Sessions follow a simple sequence format practiced together in a park. Quiet, disciplined, and technique-focused; intended for those already familiar with meditation practice.

Join us for a simple outdoor session of tea and meditation in Volkspark Prenzlauerberg.
We’ll practice three 20-minute sits: goodwill, calm/concentration, and body awareness.
We’ll bring some nice long jing, prepared outdoors in a minimal way. This is not a formal tea tasting, just a relaxed shared atmosphere.
Tea drinkers and meditation-curious newcomers are welcome.
What to bring Please bring something comfortable to sit on, such as a mat, blanket, or cushion. A hat or sunscreen may be helpful in the sun. Feel free to bring your own cup for tea, although we'll have a few available.
