Welcome to a space for mindful movement, dance, and embodied self-discovery. 🌿✨

These sessions bring together practices from meditation, breath-work, mindful eating, and Brazilian Zouk partner dance to help you reconnect with your body, release tension, and cultivate presence. Each class is designed as a journey; guiding you back to yourself through grounding, movement, and connection.

Whether in person or online, we explore how the body holds stories and how mindful movement can help us release, expand, and feel more at home in ourselves.

What you can expect:

Group Sessions (in-person in London): A shared space to explore guided meditation, breath-work, somatic release, and connection through partner dance and simple mindful movements.

Online Sessions: Gentle practices you can join from home, focusing on breath-work, meditation, and solo somatic movement.

Individual Sessions: Tailored one-to-one journeys combining movement, mindfulness, and dance to support personal release, grounding, and reconnection. You can message me directly to discuss further.

No previous dance or meditation experience is needed; just curiosity and an openness to move, breathe, and explore.
