What we’re about

This yoga practice invites you into a deep conversation with body, mind, and spirit. Beyond a typical yoga class, we explore effective techniques to shift brainwaves, modulate the nervous system, and cultivate deep presence for genuine communion, health, and transformation.

Drawing together various yoga and somatic modalities with positive psychology and contemplative practices, this class supports mobility, strength, self-awareness, and emotional well-being, offering a gentle yet powerful container to align body, mind, and spirit for the week ahead.

With over a decade of experience in yoga, somatic therapy, self-inquiry, and meditation, Skyler Wilds guides movement practices that cultivate adaptability, presence, and embodied awareness.

Based in Asheville with his wife and young daughter, Skyler is drawn to the intersection and integration of modern therapeutic models, the wisdom of spiritual and indigenous traditions, and embodied movement practices. His work is a continual exploration of how these diverse approaches converge to inspire healing, presence, interconnectedness, and a good life.
