I offer embodied movement classes; including 5Rhythms, to large groups and intimate groups as well. I have led many workshops and have been a featured embodied movement teacher at many retreats and special events in the Bay Area when I lived there from 2010-2019.

I also provide individual embodied healing sessions for folks interested in somatic based personal growth work. These sessions are kind of like talk therapy but in motion.
