Hi, my name is Sayrah Garrison and I am an accredited 5Rhythms teacher, with over 10 years of experience teaching the practice and nearly 25 years dancing many movement modalities in sacred places around the globe! As a social worker by trade, I have a keen interest in body based practices, and have found that when we engage the body in movement, the psyche and thinking mind loosens it's grip on our ability to fully live in the present moment.

I am adept at leading large groups as well as intimate groups alike. I also provide individual embodied healing sessions for folks interested in somatic based personal growth work. These sessions are kind of like talk therapy but in motion.
