These aren’t glitches. They’re signals.
The body speaks — even when we don’t listen.

🌀 In these sessions, we explore a simple but deep form of psychosomatic meditation.
You’ll be gently guided to turn inward, using breath, touch, and presence to reconnect with what’s alive beneath the surface.

Each session unfolds through four simple steps:
🗣️ Opening round
Everyone is invited (but not required) to share a few words about how they feel or what brought them. It’s a way to arrive fully and feel the field.
🧠 Orientation
Cristian offers a shared lens to gently open the theme, tuning the space through presence, story, and intuitive language.
🧘‍♀️ Guided meditation
Pegah leads a somatic practice in two phases: a short self-massage to awaken awareness, followed by a deeper journey using breath, contact, and stillness.
💬 Personal sharing
Afterwards, there’s a moment to name what you felt — not your story, not advice, just a glimpse of truth from the body.

These sessions are standalone: no program to follow, no commitment required.
Just come — and see how it feels.
We host sessions regularly when weather and energy align:
sometimes planned in advance, sometimes announced just 2–3 days before.

All sessions are offered freely, with optional donations for those who feel called to support.
