Join us this Saturday, March 15, for the last Embodied Movement Workshop of this series. If you didn't have a chance to try this class, this is your chance :-).
We’ll focus on feeling, exploring, and connecting with yourself through movement.
🌟 What to Expect:
- Body Awareness: Learn to tune into your body’s natural rhythms and
- Moving Meditation: Use of movement to allow you to connect with the present moment.
- Release Tension: Let go of stress and physical tension accumulated in the body.
- Freedom in Movement: Discover how to dance with less judgment of self and focus more on what feels good to you. (Move from the inside out, not the outside in).
Ultimately, the goal is to have fun and express yourself freely!
💃🕺 This class is for people who enjoy movement and/or who want to learn how to move and dance in a way that makes them feel more free with themselves and others.
