Breathe with Me (Restore) is a calming and expansive practice designed to help you reconnect with your breath as a source of ease, support and deep relaxation.
We’ll begin by grounding together, then move through a series of gentle embodied breathing practices, with room to explore your unique rhythm and pace.
With a focus on slowing down and unwinding, we'll gently prepare your body and mind for a restful sleep.
With a thoughtful theme and poetry to guide the session, you'll learn how to make (a breathing) space for greater clarity, calm and creativity as you transition into a new week.
