Echoes of the Womb: Women circle & Menarch ritual

Menarch is the first bleed - the moment when a girl steps on the journey of womanhood.

Many of us didn't have her Menarch acknowledged or celebrated. Therefore we will take the occasion to do a retrospective menarch ritual.

For that you will be asked to bring a little present - something durable, like a little piece of jewelery, a dried flower, a piece of crystal, a picture - and think about anything that you would have loved to hear from your mother when you got your first bleed. A few kind words. You will share this with another woman - we will do this exercise in pairs.
