We heal them by becoming the most relaxed and prosperous version of ourselves.

You’ll Experience:

  • Breathwork to ground into safety
  • Somatic pendulation (nervous system re-patterning)
  • Journaling prompts that wake up your body’s truth
  • A relaxing sound bath to integrate
  • A trauma-informed space where your presence is enough

  • You understand your patterns—but still feel them

🚫 Not a fit if you’re:

  • Brand new to trauma or father-wound work
  • Looking for a venting or emotional release space

  • Cozy items (blanket, sheepskin, essential oil)
