Pet-friendly Sound Bath at the Park

Join us for a relaxing, heart-opening sound bath in nature — featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes, and the healing power of presence.

Let your nervous system unwind as you’re bathed in the gentle frequencies of sound, surrounded by trees, sky, and soft grass beneath you. This is a space to return to yourself, to breathe deeply, and to receive.

🐾 Pets welcome!
Animals are intuitive beings and often benefit from sound healing, too. Feel free to bring your pet — they might just soak it in beside you.

Bring:

• Yoga mat, blanket, or towel to lie on
• Water
• Any comfort items (pillow, eye mask, etc.)
• Your furry companion (optional)
• Open heart and relaxed vibes
