# Do you sometimes struggle to ask for what you need?

Or say yes to things you didn't want?
Do you want more clarity about your needs & boundaries?

Join LaMariposa; a Psychotherapist, Embodiment & Consent Facilitator for this transformative 1-day workshop. We will explore some dynamics of consent in an embodied & down-to-earth way. This will be a BIPoC & queer centred space where all ages (18+), genders, races, ethnicities, neurodiversities, social backgrounds, s£xual orientations & relationship styles are welcome.

Are you ready to truly connect with yourself?
To identify & let go of unhelpful patterns?
To have deeper authentic relationships?
To feel & clearly express your needs & boundaries?
To stop putting others’ needs before your own?
& to create the life you desire?

Optimize every area of your life as we dive into a felt sense of needs & boundaries, including some of the shadows, so that you can discover true embodied consent.

The day will include (you always have choice as to whether & to what degree you engage):
Embodiment practices
Experiential consent practices – solo, 2s & group
Discussions/verbal sharings – solo, 2s & group
