Anapanasati Meditation in Volkspark Prenzlauer Berg

This Sunday we’ll meet again in Volkspark Prenzlauer Berg, but this time we’ll keep it especially simple: just sitting together and practicing anapanasati — mindfulness of breathing.

We’ll do a short intro and then a guided or lightly structured breath meditation, using the breath as a simple anchor for calm, clarity, and presence.

When: Sunday, June 21, 1 PM
Where: Volkspark Prenzlauer Berg
Bring: something comfortable to sit on and weather-appropriate clothes

Beginners are very welcome. Come sit quietly with us in the park.
