Dance as an invocation; a sacred calling of seen and unseen allies and of wisdom coming through a surrendered body. Here, we commune with something greater than ourselves, where movement becomes prayer and music the medicine, awakening the magic held deep within.

WHAT IS ECSTATIC DANCE?

Ecstatic dance is a free-form, expressive style of dance that invites you to connect deeply with you body, emotions, and the rhythm of the music.

It’s a judgment-free space where there are no set steps or choreography—just an open invitation to move in whatever way feels natural.

We dance barefoot to feel more grounded, and sessions often start with a brief meditation or warm-up to help settle into the space.

As the music flows from soft, ambient beats to more energizing rhythms, dancers are encouraged to let go of self-consciousness, express themselves freely, and enter a state of mindfulness or even euphoria.

It’s not about dancing well, but about releasing tension, exploring emotions, and finding joy in movement.

Expect an inclusive atmosphere, diverse music, and the opportunity to connect not just with others, but with yourself on a deeper level.
