Embodying, Using the Body as Sacred Instrument

Dress comfortably for movement. There will be no great exertions of energy, more emphasis placed on awareness and subtleties of movement and expression. The class will be a participatory class lasting 2 hours, at a charge of $20 for the introductory class. Subsequent classes will be offered with a 4 class subscription at the same time and place weekly. We will be in one of the upstairs studios of the Helen Hayes Youth Theater, sign posted on the door.
