After a successful 'Female Founders' event back in April, our next event is the 'Women CXO Panel Webinar'! Join us to learn from a panel of successful leaders about their respective journeys into leadership positions. It's a great opportunity to ask questions and grow your network!
EMBOLDEN_HER are striving to bridge the gap between having women working in tech to becoming leaders in tech.
We'll be hosting our event live on Youtube and we will send out the link prior to the event by email.
See the bios for the amazing female founders that will be speaking below ...

Previously a developer, Aurore encountered many pitfalls during the development of applications: more than a day to install a project locally, stormy production releases, incomprehensible bugs. That's why she decided to move to the other side of the force, she became Ops and founded Padok in 2018 to allow developers to focus only on the quality of the features they produce. Since Padok responds to a well-known developer need, Aurore grew the company from 2 to 22 employees, in less than two years.

Gwen has a strong background in software development, firstly starting out consulting working with projects such as Wonderbra and Peugeot. As her career progressed she became a lead developer and became increasingly interested in e-commerce. She became Technical Director of DUOLAB in 2019, an innovative skincare start-up. This demanding position has drawn upon all her technical and leadership skills gained from her prior experiences. From leading development teams creating the mobile application and website for DUOLAB, to making hiring decisions, being Technical Director of a start-up is a testing but extremely rewarding role.
