Welcome to the Health & Wellbeing edition of our monthly Design Your Life series. This isn't your typical lecture or seminar. This is a dedicated space for you to audit your life, visualize your goals, and—most importantly—turn those visions into tangible habits.

### What to Expect

This is a monthly recurring series. Every session follows a consistent, high-impact format designed to bridge the gap between "thinking" and "doing":

  • The Audit: We’ll start by reviewing your current habits and patterns. What’s giving you energy? What’s draining it?
  • The Curation: This is the time to invite more of what serves your highest good and consciously purge the things that don't.
  • The Creation: We get creative! Using either digital tools (Canva, Pinterest, etc.) or traditional paper and magazines, you’ll build an Action Board.
  • The Implementation: A board is just a collage without a plan. We end each session by committing to immediate, bite-sized actions for the month ahead.

We maintain a strict No Judgment, No Criticism policy. Whether you’re training for a marathon or just trying to drink more water and sleep eight hours, your journey is valid. This is a supportive environment where we celebrate progress over perfection.
