2-Day, 40 KM hike on beautiful Samsø with ferry trip and shelter stay

Looking for an unforgettable island escape? Join us for two days of adventure, discovery, and connection on the beautiful island of Samsø! Whether you’re a nature lover, history enthusiast, or just seeking great company, this meetup is for YOU!

Program:

• Meeting point at Kalundborg Station (in front of 7-Eleven) on Saturday, June 21tst at 11:30 AM. The ferry departs at 12:20 AM.
• Note: Arrive by 11:30 AM sharp. If you need to arrive later, send a DM at least 24 hours in advance.
• We'll be arriving in Samsø at 13:50.
• We start a 20 KM hike north to Brattingsborg Skov (trail).
• We spend the night in Brundby at a shelter (indoor) (cost: 50 DKK per person).
• Next day, we hike 20 KM to Vesborg Fyr to see the beautiful coast and the light house.
• Ferry departs back to Kalundborg at 14:05 .

You must be self-supported and bring a sleeping bag and comfortable shoes. A tent is not needed as we'll stay in an indoor shelter. However, if you're planning to bring a tent, please send me a DM first so I can book a spot for you to set up your tent.

You must also bring sufficient food and water with you. While there are some stores on Samsø, you can stock up when we arrive. However, there are no stores near the shelter.

The shelter includes a clean outdoor toilet and a faucet with drinkable water.
