Klampenborg Dyrhave - Charlottenlund Fort, 15 KM
Details
Let’s go on an easy yet enjoyable walk from Klampenborg to Charlottenlund Fort. Along the way, we’ll see several sights:
- The Hermitage Hunting Lodge, an 18th-century Baroque lodge in Dyrehaven, built between 1734–1736 for King Christian VI to host royal hunting banquets.
- Open meadows
- Jægersborg Dyrehave, where we’ll see deer
- Charlottenlund Fort, built in 1886–87, it served as part of Copenhagen’s coastal defense until 1932
Meeting point: Klampenborg Station at 11:00
At the end of the walk, we’ll continue from Charlottenlund Fort to Charlottenlund Station (about 2 km).
