Looking for a mindful way to start the week?
Come and join for a relaxed outdoor hatha practice. We will begin with a gentle warm-up and breathing exercises, followed by asana and closing with a meditation.
Discomfort level - 2/5
All levels are welcome.
Recommended
Avoid eating within 2 hours prior to event start, even if we will only do some gentle movements.
What to bring
- Exercise/Yoga mat (
- Comfortable exercise gear (no jeans please)
- Water
- Sunlotion
- Props (optional), e.g. block, strap, if you have/use them
- Towel, if needed
If the weather forecast is unfavorable, the event will be cancelled and status will be updated.

About me
I am passionate about yoga which have been practicing for 10+ years. This winter I got my 200-hours YTT certification in Hatha and Vinyasa and I am looking forward to spread the love for this practice.
