Basic Stretch Class
Details
The goal of this 60 minute class is to improve flexibility and range of motion as well as loosen tight muscles. It will also increase blood and nutrient supply to the muscles, possibly reducing muscle soreness. In addition, it will release physical and mental tension.
This class is taught by Julie Curreri and is from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
