Join me for a talk about Connecting to your Inner Divinity!

Hello my dear huggy peeps!

I am going to be giving a (20 min?) presentation at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of the Rappahannock this month. Actually, I'm giving a 3-parter. Part 1 is July 23.

The deets are in the paragraphs below. If you are interested, but live far from White Stone (on the Northern Neck,) the good news is that you can access the presentation by ZOOM from the comfort of your couch, in your jammies! Or, if you would like to come in person, you are welcome to do that, too!

All 3 talks will be at UUFR. The last one is TBD as far as a date, but I will change it on here as soon as I find out, and let you know.
I will be creating "homework" assignments that you will be able to access on my website, DonnaPirnat.com, after the talks. They are quick, simple ways to help you feel more connected to yourself, other people, and the world. Everything is free, and you are always at choice (of course!) I hope there is something here you find helpful!

Title: Connecting to Your Inner Divinity

We are connected to ourselves, to each other, and to the Universe. But we often lose track of those connections, or fail to nurture them, and that causes physical, emotional, and spiritual dysfunction on the personal, relational, and universal levels.

Join Donna Pirnat in a 3 week series looking at reconnecting to ourselves, others, and the Universe that explores music, meditation, and actionable exercises that invite you to rekindle those connections. There will be homework.

Bio: Donna Pirnat is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Touch-Positive FREE HUGGER, Healthy Boundaries and True Consent Coach, Professional Cuddler, Death and Transition Doula, and Energy Bodyworker.
She taught grades 1, 2, and 3 for sixteen years in Spotsylvania County Schools, and has written 2 children's books, "You Belong To You" and "I Am The Blue, Blue Sky," which she is currently illustrating for publication.
She is the Founder of 2 Meetup Groups, "Embrace the World," which gives FREE HUGS in public places, and educates people around the human need for safe, healthy, platonic touch, and "Heathsville Mind, Body, Spirit," which brings together people who like to discuss progressive and New Age ideas.

Donna and her partner Jeff Geis live in Heathsville, where their home doubles as the Soul Journeys Retreat Center. Donna and Jeff invite you to connect with them for work or play! Connection is their purpose for being in this world.

Week 1 brief description:
Connecting to the Divinity of Your Soul explores our starting point. Connection is a road that begins on the inside. In a world where there are more people than there have ever been before, we are feeling more disconnected than ever before: from our Source, from our community, from ourselves. Loneliness is epidemic, and disconnection sometimes results in suicide or school shootings. We need to bring ourselves back to center, where body, mind, and spirit create wholeness and balance. Let's work on that!
