June is men's mental health month. In this meeting, we'll share our experiences and discuss how we can develop resilience while handling the challenges we face in life.

If you're looking for a tribe, a community or a safe space to share your experience as a man, then join us.

Meeting Agenda:

1.Meeting Opening
- Explanation about the session

2. Discuss Group Rules
- Respect when other men are talking. Await your turn to share, it will come.

- Keep cameras on throughout the meeting.

- Arrive on time. If you arrive 15 minutes after the start time, you won't be admitted

- Don't offer advice, unless another man specifically ask for it.

- Appreciate and accept differences in opinions.

3. Group Introductions
- Share how you are feeling, how your week has been and respond to a topic specific question.

4. Main Discussion
- Varies each week, related to the focus topic of the meeting.

5. Final whip round
- Share our feelings following the meeting. An opportunity to raise anything you want to share before the meeting finishes.

As men, we need support and guidance on our journeys. My aim is that this group can become a safe space where we can share our fears, dreams, insecurities and challenges with a group of likeminded men on a similar path in life.
