Free Workshop For Men
Why do certain situations, comments, or behaviours affect us so strongly, or in other words, trigger us?

A disagreement with a partner. Criticism at work. Feeling ignored, rejected, disrespected, or misunderstood.

Many of us find ourselves reacting in ways we don't fully understand - getting angry, shutting down, becoming defensive, withdrawing, or getting stuck in our heads.

In this workshop, we'll explore what's happening beneath those reactions.

Together we'll look at:

  • Why emotional triggers occur
  • The connection between the body, emotions, thoughts, and behaviour
  • How to better understand what you're feeling
  • How to regulate difficult emotions without suppressing them
  • How to communicate more effectively when emotions arise

This is a practical and interactive workshop focused on self-awareness, emotional regulation, and communication. You won't be expected to share anything you're uncomfortable sharing, and no previous experience with men's work is required.

The goal is to better understand yourself, so you have more choice in how you respond to life's challenges.

About Me
My name is Max. I've facilitated men's groups in Vietnam and the UK for the past 4 years. I've spoken to hundreds of men in this time to understand the challenges men face, while also working to overcome my own personal challenges.

I believe (from my own experience and other men) that it's vital that we understand ourselves deeply, so we can better navigate life's challenges and build more authentic relationships with both ourselves and others.

This workshop is completely free and open to any man who is curious about understanding his emotions, reactions, and patterns more deeply.

Group Agreements
To help create a safe, respectful, and productive environment, please agree to the following:

  • Respect other men when they are speaking. Your opportunity to share will come.
  • Keep your camera on throughout the meeting. This helps create presence, trust, and connection within the group.
  • Arrive on time. Anyone who tries to join after 10 minutes past the start time won't be admitted.
  • Respect different perspectives and experiences. You do not have to agree with another man's viewpoint to respect it.
  • Be concise when sharing. This is a space where every man should have the opportunity to contribute.
  • Confidentiality is essential. What is shared in the group stays in the group.

Thank you for helping create a space where men can show up honestly, listen deeply, and learn from one another.

See you there - Max
